national council of latino american veterans
latino american veterans matter!
The National Council of Latino American Veterans, a division of the National Association of Minority Veterans of America (NAMVETS of America), works to identify and address issues critical to Latino American Veterans. The Council works to ensure that all Latino American veterans get what they deserve – full access to the information and resources they need to not only improve the quality of their lives but also to improve the conditions of the communities in which they live.
Our vision is that all veterans of the US military – particularly veterans of color – to be treated with the dignity and respect that they deserve.
Our mission is to be the leading source of information, education, support, recognition, connection and advocacy for Latino American veterans.
By connecting veterans to the resources they need, we improve the quality of their lives and their family’s lives and the condition of their community.
